Jazz O'Verre Beaune
A celebration of jazz and Burgundy wines in Beaune
2026
About Jazz O'Verre Beaune
Every year, Jazz O'Verre Beaune hosts an autumn festival and two spring concerts in Beaune, perfectly pairing jazz music with fine Burgundy wines. The association was founded in 2017 to revive the jazz festival tradition that Jean-Jacques Hegner championed in Beaune for two decades. Concerts are held at the Ateliers du Cinéma, a venue established by Claude Lelouch, while the autumn weekend features free events throughout the city center and a jam session open to amateur musicians.
Jazz O'Verre Beaune — edition 2026
For its 10th anniversary, the Jazz O'Verre autumn festival returns from September 24th to 27th, 2026, at Les Ateliers du Cinéma in Beaune. Four evenings will showcase regional and national talent, including the Giovanni Mirabassi trio and the Franco-American quartet of Baptiste Herbin and Fred Nardin, featuring Darryl Hall and Leon Parker. On Saturday morning, a free parade will bring the city center to life before the evening concerts, and the festival concludes on Sunday with a musical picnic and an open jam session for enthusiasts.
The festival kicks off on Thursday, September 24th, with an 'Apérijazz' session followed by two concerts—a format repeated over the next three nights. On Saturday, September 26th, the Sourdines à l'Huile parade will perform for free in Beaune's historic center during the morning. On Sunday, September 27th, a musical picnic and jam session will bring amateur and professional musicians together at Les Ateliers du Cinéma to wrap up this tenth edition.
