Access

By car: The festival takes place in several villages in southern Morvan around Moulins-Engilbert (60 km from Nevers, 45 km from Autun). A vehicle is essential to follow the exhibition route. The roads of Morvan offer magnificent views of rolling countryside. Free parking in each commune.

Exhibition Venues

The exhibitions are set up in several communes, each hosting one or more artists:

• Moulins-Engilbert: starting point of the tour
• Larochemillay: sculptures
• Maux, Préporché, Sermages, Vandenesse: paintings, pastels, icons
• Villapourçon: exhibitions and crafts in the community hall

Prices

All exhibitions are free. The tour is self-guided; visit the villages at your own pace.

Accommodation

Rural gites, bed and breakfasts, and a municipal campsite in Moulins-Engilbert and surrounding communes. Southern Morvan in August is a popular holiday destination; book in advance.

Route and Itinerary

Allow a full day to visit all the exhibitions. The distance between villages is a few kilometers, and the roads of Morvan pass through magnificent landscapes of hedgerows and forests. Each stop is an opportunity to discover a village and its unique features. Some communes offer refreshments and local products to taste on site.
