La Salbriscénie is a large-scale pyrotechnic and musical show that takes place every August 15th in Salbris, on the edge of the communal pond. La Salbriscénie offers a journey through time in five acts, from the ancient origins of the city to contemporary times. La Salbriscénie features professional stuntmen from the troupe Pégase Prod, specializing in equestrian shows and historical stunts. Horses and floats participate in the show, creating scenes of great visual intensity. This collaboration with professionals in equestrian shows naturally fits Salbris's identity, which also hosts the Salera Festival dedicated to ancient reenactment.
The show takes place on the edge of Salbris's communal pond, offering a magnificent natural setting for pyrotechnic displays. The reflections of the fireworks on the water create a striking visual effect that amplifies the magic of the show. The communal pond is located near the town center, making it easily accessible for spectators.
Organized on August 15th, La Salbriscénie is part of the summer national holiday festivities. The event attracts a large audience from Salbris and all over Sologne. The evening begins with entertainment and concludes with the grand pyrotechnic show, in a warm and festive atmosphere typical of Solognote celebrations.
The show takes place on the edge of the communal pond in Salbris (41300), in Loir-et-Cher.
Salbris is located on the RD2020, between Orléans and Vierzon. Several free parking lots are available in the town center: Place du Marché, SNCF station, swimming pool, Super U.
The Salbris SNCF station is served by the Paris-Vierzon line, with direct trains from Paris in about 1h30.
The pyrotechnic show begins at nightfall, generally around 10:00 PM. Entertainment precedes the show in the afternoon.
Access to the show is free.
It is advisable to arrive early to settle in comfortably. Bring a blanket or folding chairs. In case of bad weather, the show may be postponed.
