Free summer concerts in the chapels of Loudeac and Treve
The Aubades Musicales des Chapelles are a free summer event that fills the chapels of Loudeac and Treve, small jewels of Breton religious heritage, with music. Every Friday during the summer, from July to the end of August, a concert of a different style takes place in one of these rural chapels, offering music lovers and the curious a unique musical moment in an exceptional heritage setting.
The programming of the Aubades Musicales focuses on diversity: chamber music, classical, jazz, folk, world music, and choral singing follow one another throughout the Fridays. This eclectic approach allows everyone to discover different musical universes, while taking advantage of the natural acoustics of the stone chapels. The artists, often chamber ensembles or soloists, perform in rare proximity to the public.
Each concert is followed by a friendly drink, a convivial moment where the public and artists meet to chat in a warm atmosphere. This tradition is an integral part of the spirit of the Aubades Musicales, which prioritize social connection and meeting around music.
The concerts take place in various chapels of Loudeac and Treve, Cotes-d'Armor (22600).
