Les Escales Musicales

Music at the heart of Perros-Guirec's neighborhoods

The Escales Musicales were born from the desire of the Town of Perros-Guirec to liven up the various neighborhoods and tourist sites of the seaside resort throughout the summer. This cultural initiative offers free concerts in varied and often unusual locations: the Sculpture Park, the Trestrignel beach, the Saint-Jacques church, public gardens, and town squares.

An eclectic and accessible program

The Escales Musicales program is resolutely eclectic, mixing gypsy jazz, Breton folk, Celtic music, world music, jazz, French chanson, and outdoor classical. Each concert is designed as a musical stopover in a different neighborhood of Perros-Guirec, inviting residents and visitors to discover the town from a new perspective. In 2025, the 5th edition will feature, among others, DIVA (gypsy jazz), Amadeus on the Road (traveling piano and cello), MEERANT (Celtic music), and La Raymonde (Breton folk duo).

Remarkable concert venues

The originality of Les Escales Musicales lies in the choice of concert venues, which highlight the natural and architectural heritage of the Côte de Granit Rose. The Sculpture Park, an open-air art space, offers an exceptional setting for daytime concerts. The Trestrignel beach hosts concerts facing the sea, while the Saint-Jacques church provides an intimate acoustic for classical ensembles. This musical itinerancy contributes to the resort's tourist appeal and the discovery of its rich heritage.
