Since 1999, the Estivales du Près-la-Rose have offered the inhabitants of the Pays de Montbéliard a free and friendly summer musical event. Every summer, the magnificent Parc du Près-la-Rose, a 10-hectare green space on the banks of the Allan, transforms into an open-air concert hall.

Free concerts every Saturday evening

The principle is simple and generous: every Saturday evening in July and August, from 6:30 PM, one or two bands perform on the Estivales stage. Admission is completely free, making these musical evenings accessible to all audiences, from families to music lovers and the simply curious.

An eclectic program

The Estivales program emphasizes musical diversity:

• Pop and Rock: Cover bands and original artists
• French and International Variety Music
• World Music: Latin, African, Oriental rhythms
• 80s Music: Very popular themed evenings

Parc du Près-la-Rose: An Exceptional Setting

The Parc du Près-la-Rose is one of the most beautiful green spaces in the Pays de Montbéliard. This former industrial site, converted into a landscaped park, covers 10 hectares along the Allan river. It houses the Pavillon des Sciences (scientific culture center) and offers thematic gardens, water features, and vast lawns ideal for picnics and open-air concerts.

A food truck village

The Estivales evenings are accompanied by a food truck village offering a wide choice of sweet, savory, and brasserie-style food. Spectators can enjoy the music while savoring local specialties or world cuisines.

With their 27th edition in 2025, the Estivales du Près-la-Rose have established themselves as a must-attend summer event in Montbéliard. The event brings together a large audience and contributes to the summer entertainment of the Pays de Montbéliard.
