About Les Hétéroclites
Les Hétéroclites — edition 2026
The 29th edition of Les Hétéroclites takes place on Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14, 2026, in the Vallon de la Dollée in Saint-Lô. After the arson of Art Plume's premises in July 2025, the association was keen to maintain its emblematic festival: a full return to the Vallon, with Hétérokids, concerts, street shows, workshops, and the Hétéroclites flea market on Sunday.

Les Hétéroclites: The Blend of Arts in Saint-Lô
Since its creation by the association Art Plume, the Les Hétéroclites festival has established itself as a unique cultural event in Saint-Lô. True to its name, the festival cultivates eclecticism, the mix of genres, and discovery, offering a program that breaks down boundaries between artistic disciplines.
Art Plume: A Creative Hub in the Heart of Saint-Lô
The association Art Plume, created in 1993, was born from the rehabilitation of an industrial wasteland slated for demolition. A handful of artists saw the potential of this place and, with the support of the city, transformed it into an artistic creation center. Located in the Vallon de la Dollée, Art Plume has become a vibrant space for creation, experimentation, and artistic dissemination, hosting artist studios, rehearsal rooms, and exhibition spaces.
A Multidisciplinary Festival
Les Hétéroclites is a true invitation to discovery and wonder. The festival offers a unique blend of artistic disciplines:
- Concerts: music of all genres, from rock to electro, including chanson and jazz
- Visual Arts: exhibitions, installations, plastic performances
- Street Arts: stilt walkers, clowns, itinerant musicians
- Dance and Theater: shows and performances in public spaces
- Participatory Workshops: artistic introductions open to all
Les Baroclites
For several years, the festival has extended into the bars of Saint-Lô with Les Baroclites: evenings of concerts and exhibitions organized off-site from Art Plume, bringing the eclectic spirit of the festival into the heart of the city.
A Launchpad for Emerging Talents
The Tremplin des Hétéroclites is a program that offers a valuable platform for emerging talents. Musicians, visual artists, and budding performers find opportunities to perform in front of a supportive and curious audience, in a professional and stimulating environment.
A Spirit of Celebration and Discovery
The atmosphere of Les Hétéroclites is as its name suggests: joyful, colorful, and unexpected. Street artists, itinerant musicians, and plastic installations create a festive and accessible atmosphere, where everyone can wander at their leisure and be surprised by unexpected artistic encounters.
