Les Médiévales de Bourdeilles are a medieval event organized every summer at the Château de Bourdeilles, in Périgord Vert. For a weekend, the castle and its grounds are transported to the Middle Ages: knights, ladies, minstrels, and artisans bring to life a medieval market, combat demonstrations, and Renaissance dance and music shows. A Dive into the Heart of the Middle Ages
Every summer, the Château de Bourdeilles opens its doors for a weekend of medieval celebration. The castle, which combines a 13th-century keep and a Renaissance manor, offers an authentic historical setting to relive the atmosphere of the Middle Ages.
