Street Arts in the Dinan Agglomeration
Les Renc'Arts is a street arts festival that takes place every year during the third week of July, organized by the Théâtre en Rance association. For five days, sixteen companies of street theatre, circus, music, and dance take over the public spaces of the Dinan agglomeration.
A Two-Part Festival
The festival unfolds in two stages: on Mondays and Tuesdays, the companies tour twelve towns in the agglomeration of Dinan, bringing performances closer to the residents of the small and medium-sized towns in the area. On Thursdays and Fridays, the festival focuses on the city of Dinan, taking over the gardens of Léhon Abbey, the library esplanade, and the squares and alleys of the historic center.
A Free and Family-Friendly Event
All Les Renc'Arts performances are free and accessible to everyone. The festival is aimed at a wide audience, from families to performing arts enthusiasts. Street theatre, circus, music, acrobatics, and parades surprise passers-by and create moments of sharing and conviviality in public spaces.

It is the perfect opportunity to explore 13 local municipalities, all eager to welcome you for some fantastic open-air shows.

Les Renc'Arts 2026 — July 20th to 24th
For its 2026 edition, the Les Renc'Arts street arts festival will take place from Monday, July 20th to Friday, July 24th, 2026. As always, the event is split into two parts: on Monday, July 20th and Tuesday, July 21st, the shows will tour a dozen towns within the Dinan Agglomération (including Saint-Juvat, Corseul, Taden, Yvignac-la-Tour, Saint-Hélen, Aucaleuc, Pleudihen-sur-Rance, Plouër-sur-Rance, Trélivan, Broons, and more). On Thursday, July 23rd and Friday, July 24th, the festivities will be concentrated in Dinan, primarily in the gardens of the Saint-Magloire de Léhon Abbey and the courtyard of the Roger Vercel middle school.
Around sixteen companies will present free, open-air street performances—including circus, clowning, street theater, juggling, and music—with shows scheduled throughout the day from 10:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
