Guinguette evenings with local producers and creators in the courtyard of the Thermes de Saubusse
The Marchés Nocturnes Festifs de Saubusse are summer evenings in the courtyard of the Thermes de Saubusse. Twice each summer, creators and local producers set up under the lanterns of the century-old plane trees for a warm guinguette atmosphere. Crafts are highlighted alongside local produce, while catering is provided by the restaurant Lou Touping with Landes specialties. These night markets combine discovery and the Landes art of living.
The Marchés Nocturnes Festifs de Saubusse are summer events organized in the enchanting setting of the courtyard of the Thermes de Saubusse. Two evenings per summer, in July and August, the century-old plane trees in the thermal courtyard are illuminated with lanterns to create a friendly and warm guinguette atmosphere.
Organized by the Thermes de Saubusse and the association Saubusse Tourisme, these night markets are reserved for creators and producers. You will find a varied selection of local crafts: jewelry, ceramics, textiles, decorative objects, artisanal candles, natural soaps, and original creations. Local producers offer honey, jams, foie gras, wines, and other delights of Landes gastronomy.
On-site catering is provided by the team of the Thermes restaurant Lou Touping, which offers Landes specialties to enjoy on-site in the festive evening atmosphere. Gourmet platters, local charcuterie and cheese boards, and fresh drinks served at the guinguette bar are available.
The Thermes de Saubusse are a historic thermal establishment located on the banks of the Adour river, in a green and preserved setting. The shaded courtyard, lined with century-old plane trees, offers an ideal location for these summer evenings where visitors stroll among the artisans' stalls, savor local specialties, and enjoy the mild Landes evenings.
