The 30th edition of the Millesources & Dordogne Festival will take place from mid-July to the end of August 2026, marking the 30th anniversary of this traveling classical music festival in Haute-Dordogne. The Millesources & Dordogne Festival is a classical music festival created over 25 years ago, which takes place every summer in Haute-Dordogne, in several towns in Corrèze and neighboring departments. The name "Millesources" refers to the Millevaches plateau, a region of springs and rivers from which the Dordogne originates. This traveling festival offers concerts of classical music, jazz, world music, and contemporary creations in the region's churches and heritage sites.
From Classical to Contemporary, from Tango to Gypsy
The programming of the Millesources & Dordogne Festival is resolutely eclectic, exploring classical music in all its forms. The 2024 edition offered a musical journey "from classical to contemporary, from tango to gypsy, with inspirations from Asia or the Maghreb". The festival hosts baroque music ensembles, chamber orchestras, soloists, jazz groups, world music bands... This diversity allows it to reach a wide audience and introduce varied repertoires.
Concerts in Churches and Heritage Sites
