Montesquiou on the Rock's is a free rock festival held annually in late August in the village of Montesquiou in the heart of Gers. For two evenings, the festival hosts about ten international bands playing independent, garage, psychedelic, and punk rock for open-air concerts in the village. With its DJ sets, open-air cinema, record fair, and village meals, it's a friendly and authentic event.

Montesquiou on the Rock's: Rock in the Village
Montesquiou on the Rock's is an unusual festival that makes this small Gascon village vibrate to the sound of independent rock every end of summer. Entirely free, it offers two evenings of concerts with international bands in a relaxed and authentic atmosphere.
International Lineup
The festival attracts bands from all over the world: garage rock, psychedelic, punk, indie. The Warlocks, The Molotovs, Ian Kay, Nestter Donuts have been among the invited artists. The lineup favors discovery and rock energy.
Beyond the Concerts
The festival also offers lively DJ sets, an open-air cinema, a mini record fair, and original stalls. Meals are served in the heart of the village, in a rock village festival atmosphere.

Admission is free, but public participation is welcome to ensure the sustainability of this 100% volunteer event.
