About Music Festival in Évreux
Every June 21, Évreux celebrates the Fête de la Musique: amateur musicians, conservatory students, choirs, local groups, and established artists freely take over the squares and gardens of the city center. Supported by the Ville d'Évreux and Évreux Portes de Normandie, the day is entirely free and blends all styles, from rock to electro, from jazz to world music.
The Fête de la Musique in Évreux
As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the prefecture of Eure into an open-air stage every June 21. Music freely takes over public spaces, from the afternoon until the heart of the night, in all genres and for all audiences.
Several stages in the city center
For the 2026 edition, Évreux city center hosts several free stages: the Jardin de l'Évêché, the Placette Oursel, the Place Clemenceau, and the Place du Général-de-Gaulle. You'll find performances by the Conservatoire à rayonnement départemental, the Orchestre d'harmonie d'Évreux, choirs, music workshops from the MJC, as well as rock, chanson, rap, and electro groups. The celebration extends to the communes of the agglomeration, where associations and music schools offer their own events.

The Fête de la Musique 2026 in Évreux will take place on Sunday, June 21st, free of charge in the city center. Several stages (Jardin de l'Évêché, Placette Oursel, Place Clemenceau, Place du Général-de-Gaulle) will host conservatory ensembles, choirs, and rock, chanson, and electro groups, from the afternoon until midnight.

- 5 PM-6 PM: vocal technique workshops from the Departmental Conservatory.
- 6 PM-7 PM: « Sing Song » choir of community agents.
- 7 PM-8 PM: Big Band of the Évreux Conservatory (jazz).
- 8 PM-9:30 PM: Évreux Wind Orchestra.
- 9:30 PM-10:45 PM: contemporary music ensemble of the Évreux Conservatory (covers).
- 10:45 PM-midnight: Balkan Deluxe (Eastern European swing).
Placette Oursel — 4 PM to midnight
- 4 PM-5 PM: DA Strike (raw and experimental rock).
- 5 PM-5:30 PM: Titan (chanson / rap).
- 5:30 PM-8:45 PM: MJC music workshops.
- 8:45 PM-10 PM: orchestra of agents from the Évreux Hospital Center (covers).
- 10 PM-11 PM: Dawn of Diversity (AEP Le Sentier association).
- 11 PM-midnight: The Savage Rebels (rock).
Place Clemenceau — 5:30 PM to midnight
- 5:30 PM-6 PM: Léonie Lionceau.
- 6 PM-7 PM: The Droners.
- 7 PM-8 PM: Grand Ouest.
- 8 PM-9 PM: Aérolive Mickle Muckle.
- 9 PM-10 PM: Aérolive Barlem B.
- 10 PM-11 PM: Barbe Noire.
- 11 PM-midnight: Aérolive Marla Wallace.
Place du Général-de-Gaulle
Electro stage of the festival, with a DJ springboard early in the evening followed by sets until late into the night.
The festival continues in several communes of the Évreux Portes de Normandie agglomeration, with events from associations and music schools.
