The Fête de la Musique in Roubaix

As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the city of Roubaix into an open-air stage every June 21. Music freely takes over public spaces, from early evening until late at night, across all genres and for all audiences.

A celebration throughout the city

Usually, several stages are set up in the streets of the city center and neighborhoods, featuring local bands and artists from all backgrounds. Bars and restaurants also participate in the evening, with concerts organized on their terraces, weather permitting, or inside their establishments. In 2026, the Fête de la Musique coincides with the last day of the URBX Festival, Roubaix's urban cultures festival (from June 11 to 21), which enlivens the city and the Lille metropolitan area throughout the period.
