About Music Festival in Salon-de-Provence
Every June 21, Salon-de-Provence celebrates the Fête de la Musique: amateur and professional musicians take over the streets, squares, and terraces of the city center for an eclectic program, from French chanson to rock, jazz, world music, and current sounds. Organized by the City of Salon-de-Provence, the evening is entirely free and open to all.
The Fête de la Musique in Salon-de-Provence
As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms the city of Nostradamus into an open-air stage every June 21. From late afternoon and throughout the evening, the city center of Salon is given over to musicians: the public freely wanders from one square to another to discover varied musical worlds, in a friendly and popular atmosphere.
A celebration throughout the city center
The City of Salon-de-Provence opens the streets, squares, and terraces of the historic heart to open-air concerts. Genres coexist without hierarchy: French chanson, rock, jazz, world music, and current sounds animate the evening until late into the night, performed by both amateur groups and professional artists.

The Fête de la Musique 2026 in Salon-de-Provence will take place on Sunday, June 21, starting at 7 PM, free of charge throughout the city center. Place Morgan — Kiwanis Days
Place Morgan hosts the Kiwanis Days festival, a journey to the heart of the United States (American atmosphere and music).
Café-musiques du Portail Coucou — from 8 PM
Festive and free evening at the Café-musiques du Portail Coucou, starting at 8 PM.
Médiathèque — 4:30 PM
Concert by the duo Rambling Jeff & Captain d'Alenvers performing Irish repertoire, at 4:30 PM, with free admission.
Other street stages, squares, and terraces in the city center complete this program throughout the evening.
