Created over two decades ago, the Musiques au Pays de Pierre Loti Festival pays tribute to the Rochefort-born writer by offering a program that combines classical music and literary references. The festival primarily takes place at the Théâtre de la Coupe d'Or in Rochefort and in the Marennes-Oléron region.
