PHOT'Aubrac
Nature photography festival on the Aubrac plateau
2026
About PHOT'Aubrac
Every September, PHOT'Aubrac brings together around fifty photographers in and around Nasbinals, set against the stunning backdrop of the Aubrac plateau. Since 2003, the organizing committee has curated fifty to sixty exhibitions across fifteen different locations spanning Nasbinals, Aubrac, Marchastel, Saint-Urcize, and Laguiole, showcasing wildlife, documentary, landscape, and creative photography. Eighty volunteers—mostly local farmers and breeders—round out the festival with evening lectures and film screenings.
PHOT'Aubrac — edition 2026
The 24th edition of PHOT'Aubrac takes place from September 17 to 20, 2026, under the theme "Land of Sharing." Fifty to sixty exhibitions will once again transform barns, narrow streets, and riverbanks across the five municipalities of the plateau, featuring talks by Olivier Larrey, Arnaud Guerin, and underwater photographer Laurent Ballesta. The four-day event also includes an artisanal market, photography workshops with guest artists, and a community picnic.
