About Pignon sur Mer

Since 2019, Pignon sur Mer has brought together scientists, artists, and local residents in Port-Vendres every year to explore a shared focus: the Mediterranean coastline in the face of climate change. The festival blends film screenings, street performances, discussions, and lectures to examine the challenges facing our seas from multiple perspectives. It is organized by the Eurek'Art association, which collaborates with an arts-science research laboratory and partners from Catalonia and the Balearic Islands to curate the program.
