Access and transport
By car: Chantilly is accessible via the A1 motorway (exit Senlis, then D1016 towards Chantilly) from Paris (approx. 45 min). The Château de Chantilly parking is paid. Access to the Pique-nique en Blanc is via the English garden entrance. Due to the crowds, it is recommended to arrive early. Additional parking may be indicated on the day of the event.
By train: Chantilly-Gouvieux station is served by TER Hauts-de-France and Transilien from Paris-Nord (approx. 25 minutes, frequent trains). The château is a 15-minute walk from the station, via a pleasant stroll. For the return journey late in the evening, check the times of the last trains (the festival ends at 0:30 AM).
Carpooling: Carpooling is encouraged by the organizers. Carpooling platforms may offer dedicated trips for the event.

Mandatory dress code
The entirely white outfit is mandatory for all participants. No patterns, no stripes, no other colors are allowed. Access will be denied to anyone not respecting this dress code, without refund. White shoes recommended (bring comfortable shoes for walking on grass). Accessories (bags, hats) should also preferably be white.
What to bring
Your picnic basket (refined dishes or country picnic according to your tastes), your white tablecloth to set up your space on the lawn, cutlery and tableware (preferably white), candles (caution: no open flames, LED recommended), blanket or plaid for comfortable seating.
Food trucks and drinks
If you do not wish to bring your meal, food trucks and drink stands are available on-site. A bar offers cocktails and festive drinks. Bar service throughout the evening.
Weather postponement
In case of unfavorable weather conditions or force majeure, the event may be postponed to a later date (the postponement date will be announced on the château's website and social media). No refunds possible in case of postponement.
