Praaaaah !
An open-air brass band gathering in the Perche region
2026
About Praaaaah !
Praaaaah ! is a brass band festival organized by the association Les Pousses Solidaires - Bretoncelles en transition, located in the Orne department of the Perche region. The concept evolves every year: the festival sets up on private land or in a large garden, rotating between the towns of Bretoncelles, Sablons-sur-Huisne, and Moutiers-au-Perche. Various bands take turns performing on an open-air stage, with free access for all.
Praaaaah ! — edition 2026
The 4th edition of Praaaaah! brings together four brass bands for an open-air evening at Les Hautes Planches in Bretoncelles: Les Grooms, La Fanfare Invisible du Perche, Le Jazzy Rosalie Band, and Condé Music will take the stage from 6:00 PM until nightfall.
As is tradition, the festival moves to a new location each year. Following its 2025 stop in Moutiers-au-Perche, this year it settles at Les Hautes Planches, just outside Bretoncelles on the road to La Loupe. Admission remains free, and both the bar and food stalls operate on a pay-what-you-wish basis.
