Ramd'Ame was a music festival organized by the association AME (Association Musicale d'Épernon) in Épernon, a small town in Eure located between Chartres and Rambouillet. For nearly a decade, this festival enlivened the Salle de la Savonnière by offering concert evenings dedicated to local and regional bands.

A Simple and Unifying Concept

The founding idea of Ramd'Ame was as simple as it was generous: to offer a stage to local musicians and create a moment of musical sharing between artists and the public. The AME association, composed of amateur musicians and music enthusiasts, aimed to showcase the talents of the Épernon area and Eure-et-Loir, by providing them with the conditions of a real concert: an equipped venue, professional sound system, and an enthusiastic audience.

Ramd'Ame had nine editions during which it built a loyal local following attached to these unpretentious but discovery-rich musical evenings. The low entry fee (5 euros for the 9th edition in 2014) ensured the event's accessibility to all audiences.
