Access and Transport

By car: The Heudicourt-sous-les-Côtes site at Lac de Madine is accessible from the A4 motorway (Fresnes-en-Woëvre exit), then follow signs for Vigneulles-lès-Hattonchâtel and Lac de Madine (north access). From Metz: approximately 60 km (1 hour drive). From Verdun: approximately 30 km (30 minutes). From Nancy: approximately 70 km (1 hour). Ample parking is available on site, suitable for vehicles equipped with roof top tents and vans.

By train: The nearest station is Commercy (TER Grand Est from Nancy and Bar-le-Duc). From the station, a car journey of about 25 minutes is necessary. Carpooling among participants is regularly organized via the festival's social media channels.

Location

The festival takes place at the Heudicourt-sous-les-Côtes site, Base de loisirs du Lac de Madine, 55210 Heudicourt-sous-les-Côtes. The site offers a vast outdoor space by the lake, ideal for vehicle exhibitions and test zones.

Registration and Ticketing

Tickets are available online on the Billetweb platform. Various packages are offered: day pass, full weekend pass, and bivouac package including camping spot. It is highly recommended to book in advance, as spots are limited and the event's popularity grows each year. Early bird discounts are available.

Bivouac and Camping

Bivouacking on site is possible and even encouraged with your roof top tent, van, or campervan. Designated spots are reserved for festival participants in the dedicated area. Showers and restrooms are available on site thanks to the leisure center's facilities. Electricity is not available at the spots: plan for batteries and autonomous solutions.

Food and Drink

Food trucks and catering areas are present on site throughout the festival, offering a variety of food suitable for the outdoor spirit: grills, cooked meals, crepes, and drinks. A bar is also open in the evenings.

Weather and Equipment

As the festival takes place outdoors in September, pack warm clothing for the evenings and rain gear. Walking shoes are recommended for moving around the site (grassy terrain). If you are bivouacking, bring a sleeping bag suitable for September nights in Lorraine.
