A festival dedicated to craft beer in Isère
The Septème Craft Beer Festival is an annual event that celebrates the richness and diversity of the brewing landscape of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Organized in the Septème village hall, a small town located between Vienne and Lyon, this friendly festival brings together passionate craft brewers to present their creations to the public.
Over 60 beers to discover
Each edition offers tastings of over 60 different craft beers: blondes, ambers, browns, IPAs, stouts, seasonal beers, fruity beers, and other original creations. The brewers present come from Isère and neighboring departments, representing the vitality of the craft movement in the region. Visitors can interact directly with the brewers, understand their manufacturing processes, and purchase their favorite beers.
Workshops and activities around beer
The festival is not limited to tasting: it also offers beerology workshops to learn how to recognize beer aromas and styles, brewing demonstrations to follow the step-by-step production of a craft beer, and educational activities around hops, malts, and recycling in the brewing industry.
Conviviality and terroir
In a spirit of conviviality, the festival also offers on-site catering with local products that perfectly complement the beers: cheeses, charcuterie, and traditional dishes from Isère. The atmosphere is relaxed and festive, in an authentic village setting that encourages exchanges between brewers and beer lovers.
A reflection of Isère's brewing dynamism
Isère today has several dozen craft breweries, from the foothills of Vercors to the banks of the Rhône. The Septème Festival helps to promote these artisans and their products, while raising public awareness about responsible consumption and short supply chains. Each edition is an opportunity to discover new breweries and rediscover classics of the local brewing scene.
