Temps Divers: Contemporary Dance as a Highlight in Blois

Temps Divers is one of the major highlights of the Halle aux Grains – Scène nationale de Blois season. Every spring, this contemporary dance festival offers about ten days of shows, performances, and meetings dedicated to movement and choreographic creation, bringing together artists from France and abroad.

The Temps Divers program reflects the diversity of contemporary choreographic writing. From intimate solos to ambitious group pieces, from conceptual dance to hybrid forms mixing video, music, and visual arts, the festival offers a rich panorama of today's creation. Each edition highlights emerging choreographers alongside recognized figures on the international scene.

Meetings and Workshops

Beyond the performances, Temps Divers offers meetings with artists after the shows, choreographic practice workshops open to amateurs, and masterclasses for professional dancers. These exchange moments help to build a strong link between the artists and the Blois audience.

A Festival Rooted at the Halle aux Grains

The Halle aux Grains, a national stage in Blois since 1991, is the main venue for the festival. Located in the heart of the city on Place Jean Jaurès, it has two performance halls and hosts a multidisciplinary program throughout the year. Temps Divers is its highlight dedicated to dance, alongside the other festivals of the season: Premières Fois, Génération Climat, Circ & Plus, and Les Beaux Débuts.
