Tête de Mule is a young audience festival held every spring in the Parc de la Mairie in Thésée, a charming town in Loir-et-Cher located in the Cher valley. Organized by the association Événements Thésée Culture, this free event has become an anticipated gathering for families in the region to celebrate childhood and imagination in a preserved natural setting.

A Rich and Varied Program for Children

The festival offers a full afternoon of activities designed for children of all ages. Younger ones discover the joys of pony rides and carriage rides, while older ones try treetop adventure and skill games. Creative and nature workshops allow children to develop their creativity while discovering the environment.

Shows and Artistic Activities

The artistic program of Tête de Mule emphasizes live performance suitable for young audiences. A duo of clowns presents a burlesque show full of humor, magic, and poetry with active audience participation. An artisanal wrought-iron carousel, powered manually, turns to the rhythm of sweet melodies played by two musicians, offering a moment of grace and poetry. A mobile planetarium allows children to travel among the stars.

A Community-Driven Event

Tête de Mule is the result of a partnership between the association Événements Thésée Culture, the community of communes Val de Cher Controis, and the Department of Loir-et-Cher. This collaboration between local and institutional actors makes it possible to offer a quality event, entirely free, in the spirit of public cultural service in a rural area. Volunteers from the association ensure organization and reception with dedication.
