The 32nd edition of the Truffle Weekend takes place from January 16th to 18th, 2026, in Uzès, celebrating the black truffle of the Gard region. Highlights include a wine-growers' evening with producers from the Duché d'Uzès, the "La Nuit de la Truffe" gala dinner featuring Michelin-starred chefs, and the truffle market and hunting demonstrations at the Place aux Herbes.
Organized by the Comité de Promotion des Produits Agricoles d'Uzès, the Truffle Weekend brings together producers, winemakers, and chefs every year to celebrate the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum). The 2026 edition features a wine-growers' evening, a gala dinner, and the traditional Truffle Day, which includes a market, the blessing of the truffles at the Uzès Cathedral, and truffle hunting demonstrations.

Saturday, January 17th, 2026
- Evening — La Nuit de la Truffe: A gala dinner centered around the black truffle (Tuber melanosporum), prepared by Michelin-starred chefs from the Gard region · L'Ombrière, Uzès
