Cultural, participatory and citizen festival around well-being and mindfulness
The Zen but not too much Festival is a cultural and participatory event that challenges clichés about well-being and meditation. Born in Dordogne, the festival offers a modern, accessible, and inclusive approach to inner practices: mindfulness, yoga, qi gong, meditation, as well as dance, music, and live performances.
The festival combines practical workshops on meditation and yoga, inspiring conferences, live performances, concerts, and participatory activities. Renowned speakers in the fields of well-being, positive psychology, and inner ecology will present over several days in a natural and rejuvenating setting.
Beyond individual well-being, the festival upholds strong values: kindness, empathy, authentic listening, inclusion, social justice, and ecological responsibility. The event invites everyone to experience joyful, collective, and engaged mindfulness.
The Zen but not too much Festival returns from July 2 to 5, 2026 in Dordogne for a new edition combining well-being, culture, and citizenship. The program will be announced in spring 2026.
The festival takes place in Dordogne, in an exceptional natural setting.
