All That Jazz: Jazz between Vendôme and Blois

Since 2010, All That Jazz has been enlivening the jazz scene in Loir-et-Cher by offering a concert season between Vendôme and Blois. What began as a program at the Les Lobis cinema in Blois has gradually expanded to the Minotaure de Vendôme, thus offering the department's public privileged access to leading French and international jazz artists.

An Eclectic and Demanding Program

All That Jazz is not limited to traditional jazz. The program embraces all facets of this vibrant music: fusion jazz, vocal jazz, pop-jazz, Louisiana covers, jazz dance, and contemporary creations. Each season, five to seven concerts are scheduled from October to March, featuring renowned artists and promising discoveries.

Renowned Artists

Over the seasons, All That Jazz has hosted prominent figures on the jazz scene: André Manoukian (godfather of the first edition), Éric Serra and his RXRA Group revisiting his film soundtracks in a jazz-fusion version, Kareen Guiock-Thuram and her tribute to Nina Simone, the group Macadam Farmer and their Louisiana covers, the collective FEET blending concert and jazz dance, or the Canadian singer Dominique Fils-Aimé.

Three Venues, One Spirit

For its fifteenth season (2024-2025), All That Jazz has relocated to three venues: the Les Lobis cinema in Blois, the Minotaure in Vendôme, and a third venue in the region. This touring format allows it to reach a wider audience and promote jazz beyond urban centers, in the spirit of cultural decentralization in the heart of Loir-et-Cher.

A Friendly and Accessible Event

All That Jazz cultivates a warm and friendly atmosphere in human-sized venues. Concerts usually start at 9 PM and are accessible to a wide audience, from jazz enthusiasts to curious newcomers. Tickets are available on-site and online, with affordable prices.

Live Jazz in Loir-et-Cher

All That Jazz is part of a dynamic network of jazz festivals in Loir-et-Cher, alongside the Charivari Jazz Festival, Jazzin' Cheverny, Jazz en Val de Cher, and Meusnes in Jazz. The season contributes to making the department a recognized jazz region in Centre-Val de Loire.
