Allassac en Fête — edition 2026
Allassac en Fête takes place in the city center from Friday, September 4th to Tuesday, September 8th, 2026. Enjoy five days of funfair attractions, the Foulées de la Tour evening races on Saturday, September 5th (5 km and 10 km), a floral parade on Sunday, September 6th from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and two fireworks displays: September 6th at 10:00 PM at the Stade du Colombier, and September 8th at 10:00 PM at the Tour César. Free admission.
2026 Edition: September 4th to 8th
The Allassac festival committee, back in action as of June 2026 after a year off, is organizing the local festival from Friday, September 4th to Tuesday, September 8th, 2026. Funfair attractions will be set up in the city center for the duration of the event.
The floral parade returns
The floral floats will parade on Sunday, September 6th, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM. The town is looking for 35 children to ride on the floats and throw confetti; please register by August 22nd, 2026, with Nathalie at 06 65 70 61 18.
The Foulées de la Tour
RLS Bike & Run is hosting the Foulées de la Tour on Saturday, September 5th. The 5 km race starts at 6:15 PM and the 10 km at 7:00 PM, starting from 2 place de la République, with a medal for every finisher. Register on Klikego until September 5th at 12:00 PM; entry fees are 11 € and 15.20 €.
Two fireworks displays
The first display will be held on Sunday, September 6th at 10:00 PM at the Stade du Colombier, and the second on Tuesday, September 8th at 10:00 PM at the Tour César, marking the end of the festivities.
As of mid-August 2026, the committee is working on further activities; details for Friday and Monday are not yet finalized.

The festival committee, which resumed activities in June 2026 after a year-long hiatus, is currently planning additional events. As of mid-August 2026, these are the only scheduled times: Friday, September 4th and Monday, September 7th currently feature only the funfair attractions.

Getting there
Allassac is located in the Corrèze department, about fifteen kilometres from Brive-la-Gaillarde.
- By car: From Brive-la-Gaillarde, take the D1089 towards Tulle, then follow the signs for Allassac.
- Parking: Free parking is available around the town centre and the Place de la République.
Dates
The local festival lasts for five days and takes place in early September. In 2026, it runs from Friday, September 4th to Tuesday, September 8th.
Prices
Street entertainment, the floral parade, and fireworks are free to attend. Rides and food are available for purchase.

Five days of celebration in Allassac
Allassac en Fête is the unmissable event of the summer in Allassac in Corrèze. This big popular festival takes place over 5 days and offers a rich and varied program for all ages and tastes.
Fairground rides, attractions, food stalls, sports activities, concerts, dancing evenings... The town lives to the rhythm of the festival for almost a week, bringing together residents and visitors in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
Sports activities for everyone
The sports aspect of Allassac en Fête is particularly well-developed. The Foulées Allassacoises, a 10 km road race, traditionally kicks off the festivities and attracts runners from all over the region.
Cycling races are also organized, as well as a popular pétanque competition. An 11 km walking tour, organized by the Marcheurs Ardoisiers, allows you to discover the landscapes around Allassac with refreshments along the way.
Concerts, bandas and dancing evenings
The evenings are marked by concerts and musical entertainment. Bandas parade through the streets, creating a festive Spanish atmosphere. Dancing evenings allow the party to continue late into the night.
The musical atmosphere is varied: brass bands, contemporary music groups, DJs, orchestras for all tastes.
Fireworks at the Tour César
The highlight of Allassac en Fête is the final fireworks display fired from the Tour César, an emblematic monument of the town. This pyrotechnic show offered by the municipality attracts thousands of spectators and concludes the festival in style.
Fairground rides and food
Throughout the festival, numerous fairground rides and attractions are set up for the enjoyment of children and families. Food stalls offer local specialties, grilled meats, crepes, drinks, allowing you to eat on site in a friendly atmosphere.
