A rock festival rooted in the Ardennes region
Born in 2013 from the will of a core group of musicians and music enthusiasts, the Ardenn'Rock Festival has established itself as the major rock event in the Ardennes department. Every year, on the first weekend of July, the natural site of La Venerie, on the heights of Signy-l'Abbaye, transforms into a place of celebration and sharing where rock, punk, ska, and alternative music resonate amidst the trees and meadows of the Ardennes countryside.
Two stages and an eclectic lineup
The festival features two stages hosting about fifteen bands over several days. The lineup mixes national headliners and regional discoveries, in a spirit of musical diversity: rock, punk-rock, ska, metal, alternative French chanson, and world music. The 2026 edition notably welcomes The Locos (ex Ska-P), Les Hurlements d'Leo, Lofofora, Brassen's Not Dead, Banane Metalik, and many others. The smaller stage serves as a springboard for emerging local bands.
Strong territorial and associative commitment
The Ardenn'Rock association, which organizes the festival, aims to revitalize the region and create social bonds through music and culture. The festival benefits from the support of the municipality of Signy-l'Abbaye, the Communauté de Communes des Cretes Preardennaises, the Departmental Council of the Ardennes, and local tourism stakeholders. Beyond the summer weekend, the association organizes concerts and cultural events throughout the year.
A festive experience in nature
The exceptional setting of La Venerie, a forest and rural site, offers a unique experience to festival-goers. Free camping on-site, local food, a bar serving Ardennes beers, and a friendly atmosphere make the festival a special occasion. Accessibility for all is a priority for the organization, with facilities for people with reduced mobility. The Pass Culture is accepted for young people aged 17-18.
