Bip's Festival
A traveling performing arts festival hosted by the LouHenrie artist residency
2026
About Bip's Festival
Every two years, the Bip's Festival brings together the artists hosted at the LouHenrie residency in Pouillé, including theater companies, dancers, mimes, and puppeteers. As a traveling event, it moves to a different town in the Val de Cher Controis each edition, showcasing over three days the works created during the residency, alongside workshops and a program designed for young audiences.
Bip's Festival — edition 2026
For its 4th edition, the Festival Bip's takes over Faverolles-sur-Cher from September 4th to 6th, 2026, showcasing works by companies in residence at LouHenrie: theater, cabaret, and a film screening created with students from the Institut de l'Audronnière. The weekend concludes with a talk by film makeup artist Nathalie Tissier.
An edition in Faverolles-sur-Cher
The Festival Bip's is held each year in a different town within the Val de Cher Controis area; in 2026, it sets up in Faverolles-sur-Cher across three venues: the Institut de l'Audronnière, the Faverolles-sur-Cher park, and the village hall (salle des fêtes). This edition is organized by the LouHenrie association, with support from the Communauté de communes Val de Cher Controis and the Région Centre-Val de Loire.
