Champagne and gastronomy weekend in the heart of the Montagne de Reims
Since 2022, the village of Sacy, nestled in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, has hosted Bulles en Bouche every May, a weekend dedicated to champagne and gastronomy. The village is transformed into a vast open-air market, blending regional products and artisanal creations in a festive and friendly atmosphere.
For its 4th edition in 2025, Bulles en Bouche brought together more than 135 exhibitors: Champagne winemakers, producers of foie gras, oysters, truffles, chocolates, nougats, and other regional specialties. Wineries from other regions – Beaujolais, Bordeaux, Alsace – also participate, offering a complete panorama of French terroirs.
During this weekend, the Champagne winemakers of Sacy open their cellars and doors to the public. It's a unique opportunity to taste local vintages, discover winemaking know-how, and meet the men and women who make champagne every day.
Bulles en Bouche is not just about tastings. The entertainment program delights young and old alike:
Since its first edition in 2022, Bulles en Bouche has experienced remarkable growth. From a successful first edition in 2022, the event grew to 125 exhibitors in 2024 and then 135 in 2025, confirming its status as an unmissable spring event in the Champagne region. Free parking and a family atmosphere contribute to its popular success.
Sacy is located 15 km southwest of Reims, in the Montagne de Reims.
Admission 5 € from 16 years old, tasting glass included. Tastings and purchases are paid directly to exhibitors.
Third weekend of May (Saturday and Sunday).
Food stalls and refreshment bar on site. Exhibitors offer paid tastings of their products.
