17th edition of the Corsica Classic, from August 23 to 31, 2026. This regatta for traditional sailboats and classic yachts connects Ajaccio to Bonifacio, stopping in several ports in southern Corsica, including Propriano.
Corsica Classic — 2026 Edition
The 17th edition of the Corsica Classic takes place from Sunday, August 23 to Monday, August 31, 2026, between Ajaccio (departure, Port Charles Ornano) and Bonifacio (arrival). This regatta brings together CIM-rated traditional yachts and "spirit of tradition" sailboats for a week of sailing around southern Corsica.
The route stops in several ports and anchorages along the Corsican coast, including Portigliolo, Propriano, Campomoro, and the Gulf of Valinco, before reaching Bonifacio. Each stop combines coastal racing and convivial moments at the dock.

Provisional program for the 17th Corsica Classic (August 23 to 31, 2026), subject to weather conditions and the official race notice:
- Sunday, August 23 — Crew reception in Ajaccio (Port Charles Ornano), opening sail and welcome cocktail
- Monday, August 24 — Coastal regatta towards Portigliolo
- Tuesday, August 25 — Leg from Portigliolo to Propriano
- Wednesday, August 26 — Crossing the Gulf of Valinco towards Campomoro
- Thursday, August 27 — Long leg from Campomoro to Bonifacio
- Friday, August 28 — Short courses (coastal regattas) around Bonifacio
- Saturday, August 29 — Reserve day (catch-up race depending on conditions)
- Sunday, August 30 — Closing sail
- Monday, August 31 — Crew departure from Bonifacio
