About Culturissimo
The Culturissimo Festival is a free cultural event organized by E.Leclerc Cultural Spaces, whose La Ferté-Macé branch hosts one or more evenings each year in the Orne department. Since 2015, this national festival has offered nearly a hundred readings, concerts, musical readings, and cine-concerts across France, featuring renowned artists: actors, writers, and musicians. In La Ferté-Macé, performances are held at the Casino de Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, offering quality shows in an intimate and accessible atmosphere for everyone.

Culturissimo: Culture for All in Orne
Born from the desire of E.Leclerc Cultural Spaces to make culture accessible to everyone across France, the Culturissimo Festival is a national event that is entirely free. Every year since 2015, it has offered nearly a hundred performances—readings, concerts, musical readings, and cine-concerts—in dozens of towns across France, from major cities to small rural communities.

Access to the Venue
By Car: Culturissimo shows in La Ferté-Macé take place at the Casino de Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, located a few minutes from La Ferté-Macé via the D916. From Alençon, follow the D112 then the D916 towards Bagnoles (approx. 45 minutes). From Flers, take the D18 then the D916 (approx. 30 minutes). From Caen, take the A88 then the D962 and the D916 (approx. 1h30). Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the Casino and in the center of the spa town.
By Train: Neither Bagnoles-de-l'Orne nor La Ferté-Macé have train stations. The nearest station is Briouze (15 km), on the Paris-Granville line. From Alençon station (50 km), buses and taxis can take you to Bagnoles. A vehicle is necessary from these stations.
Venue
The Casino de Bagnoles-de-l'Orne, 61140 Bagnoles-de-l'Orne Normandie. This elegant performance hall, located in the heart of the spa town, offers an ideal intimate setting for Culturissimo's readings and concerts. The hall is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Limited capacity: reservation is essential.
Tickets and Reservation
Admission is completely free, in line with the Culturissimo festival's philosophy. Reservation is mandatory due to the limited number of seats. Reservations can be made online on Eventbrite or directly at the E.Leclerc Cultural Space in La Ferté-Macé. It is recommended to book as soon as ticketing opens, as shows often fill up quickly.
Evening Schedule
Shows generally start at 8:00 PM. It is recommended to arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the start to facilitate entry. The average duration of a show is about 1h to 1h30. No intermission generally.

The spa town of Bagnoles-de-l'Orne offers a wide choice of accommodation: hotels, tourist residences, B&Bs. La Ferté-Macé also has restaurants and hotels. Take advantage of your visit to discover the spa town and the Andaines forest.
