Over 50 years of classical music in Saint-Robert

The Festival de Saint-Robert was created in 1972 and has been celebrating classical music for over 50 years in the medieval village of Saint-Robert, classified among the Most Beautiful Villages of France. Every summer, from mid-July to mid-August, the festival offers a program of classical music concerts, chamber music, recitals, and themed concerts with renowned artists from the international and national scene. The Festival de Saint-Robert is one of the oldest classical music festivals in France and a major player in cultural life in Corrèze.

In 2024, the thematic edition “The festival goes to the movies” offered a program centered around film music with the Orchestre de Chambre de la Nouvelle Europe.
