FLAN ! — edition 2026
Third edition of the FLAN Festival! (Nomadic Local Artistic Festival) in Bourganeuf, from August 5 to 7, 2026. Live performance, circus, magic, puppets and street arts outdoors for the whole family.
The 2026 edition of the FLAN Festival! will take place from August 5 to 7, 2026 in Bourganeuf and the surrounding villages, on Place du Mail and in various locations throughout the town. For this third edition, the Instants Libres association promises a program that is "always more lively and unconventional": a giant puppet, magic shows, circus, dance, theatre, stand-up and puppet shows for all ages.
Also on the program: the Zizim tower escape game, magic and circus workshops for the youngest, festive evenings at sunset combining meals and shows, walks, a closing concert and the highly anticipated competition for the best flan of Bourganeuf. The detailed program will be announced on the association's website starting June 1st.

A big dose of outdoor performances
The Festival FLAN ! — acronym for Festival Local Artistic Nomadic — was born from the desire of the company Instants Libres to liven up the Creuse countryside with live performance. After three editions of the Festival Précaire, FLAN! took over with a more ambitious format, taking over the Bourganeuf town hall square and surrounding villages for three days of shows, discoveries, and sharing.
Circus, magic, puppets, and theater
The Festival FLAN! program is a true multidisciplinary stage accessible to all ages. Spectators can discover contemporary circus, magic shows, puppet shows, stand-up, and theater, offered to both children and adults. The invited companies come from all over France to present their creations in an intimate and warm setting, as close as possible to the public.
Workshops, evenings, and walks
Beyond the shows, the Festival FLAN! offers magic and circus workshops for young spectators, a cooking contest among participants, and walks to discover local heritage. Convivial and festive evenings extend the show days in a relaxed atmosphere, making FLAN! a moment of cultural life and social connection in the heart of the Creuse region.
