About FLAN !
The FLAN! Festival (Festival Local Artistic Nomadic) is a live performance and street arts event organized every summer in Bourganeuf and its surroundings, in Creuse. Supported by the company Instants Libres, this family-friendly festival offers a rich program mixing circus, magic, puppets, stand-up, and theater, as well as workshops for young people, convivial evenings, and walks in the Creuse countryside.

A big dose of outdoor performances
The Festival FLAN ! — acronym for Festival Local Artistic Nomadic — was born from the desire of the company Instants Libres to liven up the Creuse countryside with live performance. After three editions of the Festival Précaire, FLAN! took over with a more ambitious format, taking over the Bourganeuf town hall square and surrounding villages for three days of shows, discoveries, and sharing.
Circus, magic, puppets, and theater
The Festival FLAN! program is a true multidisciplinary stage accessible to all ages. Spectators can discover contemporary circus, magic shows, puppet shows, stand-up, and theater, offered to both children and adults. The invited companies come from all over France to present their creations in an intimate and warm setting, as close as possible to the public.
Workshops, evenings, and walks
Beyond the shows, the Festival FLAN! offers magic and circus workshops for young spectators, a cooking contest among participants, and walks to discover local heritage. Convivial and festive evenings extend the show days in a relaxed atmosphere, making FLAN! a moment of cultural life and social connection in the heart of the Creuse region.
