Electronic music festival in Morlaix
Festival Panoramas is a major event on the French electronic music scene, created in 1998 in Morlaix by the Wart association. Located in the former Tobacco Factory, the festival offers a cutting-edge program each spring mixing techno, house, trance, hard music, and experimental electro. With nearly three decades of existence, Panoramas has established itself as a must-see reference for electronic music in Brittany, attracting international artists in a unique industrial setting.
Festival Panoramas was born in 1998 from the initiative of a group of high school and university students from Morlaix who wanted to bring to their city what they saw elsewhere. To realize this dream, they founded the association Wart (a play on words between "war" and "art"). Since then, Panoramas has become one of the most respected electronic music festivals in Western France.
The festival started in the bars of Morlaix before moving to the Langolvas exhibition center, then settling from 2023 onwards in the former Manufacture des Tabacs, an industrial site converted into an immersive playground. After an experimental 26th edition in September 2023 and a break in 2024, Panoramas returned in full force in the spring of 2025 for its 27th edition. The festival has welcomed up to 24,000 festival-goers in its largest editions.
Panoramas stands out for its demanding and eclectic programming that explores all facets of electronic music: techno, trance, hard music, house, experimental electro, and hybrid projects. The 2026 edition (#28) notably features Acid Arab, Anetha, Ellen Allien, Marie Davidson, BillX, and Vladimir Cauchemar among about thirty artists. Each evening, a different artist closes the night on the main stage.
The former Tobacco Factory offers an exceptional architectural setting for the festival, with three iconic spaces: the SEW courtyard, the SEW hall, and the Gardens courtyard. Just a 10-minute walk from Morlaix train station, the site transformed into a nocturnal party venue creates an incomparable atmosphere. Doors open at 7 PM for evenings that extend until 5 AM, with music ending at 4:30 AM.
Twenty-eighth edition of the Festival Panoramas in Morlaix, with Acid Arab, Anetha, Ellen Allien, Marie Davidson, BillX, and Vladimir Cauchemar among about thirty artists scheduled over three days.
The 28th edition of Panoramas will take place from April 10th to 12th, 2026, in Morlaix. The festival opens the festival season in the West with an eclectic program mixing techno, trance, hard music, house, and electro.
Among the confirmed artists: Acid Arab, Anetha, Ellen Allien, Marie Davidson, BillX, Vladimir Cauchemar, Bardix le Gaulois, Carla Schmitt, and about thirty other artists. Marie Davidson, Anetha, and Ellen Allien will each close a night on the main stage.
The festival takes place in the La Manu district (former Tobacco Factory), in Morlaix (29600).
