Each year, the town of Valognes celebrates the Fête de la Musique with a free and festive musical program on the Place du Château. In the elegant setting of the "Norman Versailles", with its 17th and 18th century private mansions as a backdrop, open-air concerts transform the town center into a large stage open to all.

The Fête de la Musique de Valognes offers concerts from 6 PM on the Place du Château. The program features local bands, regional artists, and amateur musicians, offering a diverse panorama of the Norman music scene. Pop, rock, French chanson, contemporary music, and sometimes classical music follow one another until the end of the night, in a joyful and relaxed atmosphere.
