The great trade fair of Touraine at the Parc des Expositions
The Foire de Tours is one of the major events in the Centre-Val de Loire region. Every year in early May, the Parc des Expositions de Tours hosts for ten days approximately 500 exhibitors spread across eleven exhibition universes: home, gastronomy, crafts, fashion, garden, vehicles, tourism and leisure. With a gastronomic village, a Village Stage dedicated to free concerts, and a different guest country each year, the Foire de Tours attracts several hundred thousand visitors to each edition. Free entry and parking.
The Foire de Tours is one of the most anticipated spring events in Touraine. Organized every year in May at the Parc des Expositions, this century-old trade fair has established itself as one of the largest commercial events in the Centre-Val de Loire region, attracting several hundred thousand visitors each year (up to 390,000 in 2026, 414,000 in 2025).
Spread across the Parc des Expositions site, the Foire de Tours annually brings together approximately 500 exhibitors from all over France, divided into eleven thematic universes:
The Gastronomic Village is one of the highlights of the Foire de Tours. With approximately 110 stands, it is open every day from 10 am to midnight and offers a varied dining experience: world cuisines, regional specialties, tastings. It's the ideal place to gather with family or friends in a festive atmosphere.
Each edition of the Foire de Tours spotlights a guest country, allowing visitors to discover its culture, crafts, gastronomy, and traditions. After Brazil in 2025, India is honored in 2026 with a dedicated 800 m² space and numerous activities (dance, music, yoga, cooking classes). This openness to the world is one of the fair's signatures.
The Village Stage offers free concerts every evening in a dedicated area with seating. The eclectic program mixes variety, rock, electro, world music, and local artists. Animations, shows, and demonstrations also punctuate the days, making the Foire de Tours a festive and family-friendly event.
One of the peculiarities of the Foire de Tours is its complete gratuity: entry and parking are entirely free, making this event accessible to all audiences. With 5,000 free parking spaces available on the Parc des Expositions site and easy access by public transport (Fil Bleu bus lines 3a, 3b, 4, 16, shuttle 83 from the train station), the fair annually attracts a family and multi-generational audience.
