The gastronomic show of wines, seafood, and local products
For over twenty years, the Mer et Vigne Show of Tours has become an unmissable gastronomic event of the autumn in Touraine. Organized at the Parc des Expositions de Tours over four days in November, this show brings together the best producers and artisans of French gastronomy around a unique theme: wines, seafood, and local produce.
The show hosts nearly 100 exhibitors, more than 80% of whom are producers and/or manufacturers. This requirement for quality and authenticity is at the heart of Mer et Vigne's philosophy, which promotes the short supply chain and direct interaction between consumers and those who make the products. Visitors can taste, discover, and buy directly from passionate artisans.
The show offers a remarkable selection of wines and champagnes from all the wine-growing regions of France. Independent winemakers present their vintages, from prestigious appellations to more confidential discoveries. Visitors can taste and build their cellar for the holiday season in a friendly and professional atmosphere.
The other pillar of the show is the sea, with producers offering quality oysters, shellfish, smoked fish, fish preserves, and crustaceans. The local produce is also widely represented with charcuterie, cheeses, foie gras, jams, honeys, spices, and other artisanal delights. The show is a true invitation to a taste journey.
The atmosphere of the show is intended to be friendly and accessible. Exhibitors are available to let visitors taste their products, tell their stories, explain their know-how, and advise visitors. Events and food and wine pairings are offered throughout the show, enriching the visitors' taste experience.
Entry to the show is free: simply download an invitation for two people from the official website. Visitors under 18 enter without an invitation. With 5,000 free parking spaces at the Parc des Expositions, access is easy for all gourmets in the region.

The 24th edition of the Salon Mer et Vigne will take place from Friday, November 27 to Monday, November 30, 2026, at the Parc des Expositions de Tours. True to its short supply chain philosophy, the fair brings together over 120 exhibitors, more than 80% of whom are producers and/or manufacturers, showcasing wines, champagnes, seafood products, and local specialties.
Alongside French wines from all wine regions, the fair also features specialties from other countries (Greek, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Madagascan products…) and seven on-site dining areas: fish, Breton crepes, oysters, beef, andouillettes, and Czech beer.
Tastings, meetings with producers, and direct purchases punctuate these four gourmet days. Entry is free with a downloadable invitation (valid for two people); free for those under 18, and €3 per person on-site without an invitation.
