About Mer et Vigne Show
The Salon Mer et Vigne in Tours is a gourmet food fair held every November at the Parc des Expositions. For over twenty years, it has brought together more than 120 exhibitors—over 80% of whom are producers or manufacturers—offering exceptional wines and champagnes, seafood, local regional products, and artisanal expertise. 24th Salon Mer et Vigne de Tours
The 24th edition of the Salon Mer et Vigne will take place from Friday, November 27 to Monday, November 30, 2026, at the Parc des Expositions de Tours. True to its short supply chain philosophy, the fair brings together over 120 exhibitors, more than 80% of whom are producers and/or manufacturers, showcasing wines, champagnes, seafood products, and local specialties.
Alongside French wines from all wine regions, the fair also features specialties from other countries (Greek, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Madagascan products…) and seven on-site dining areas: fish, Breton crepes, oysters, beef, andouillettes, and Czech beer.
Tastings, meetings with producers, and direct purchases punctuate these four gourmet days. Entry is free with a downloadable invitation (valid for two people); free for those under 18, and €3 per person on-site without an invitation.

Over 120 exhibitors (with more than 80% being producers or manufacturers) showcasing wines, champagnes, seafood, and local specialties. Seven on-site dining areas: Le Neptune (fish), Breton crêpes and galettes, Czech beers, oysters from Brittany, Aveyron meats, 5A andouillettes from Troyes, and artisanal fouées. The full list of exhibitors has not yet been released by the organizers.
