2nd Edition — La Templerie en Scènes 2026
From May 29 to 31, 2026, La Templerie en Scènes returns to La Flèche for its second edition. Six open-air performances take over the tree-lined park and the reception rooms of the historic residence, blending classical music, harpsichord, men's choir, instrumental ensemble, and theatre. The festival remains true to its intimate format: free seating, limited capacities, proximity to the artists.
A Classical and Theatrical Program
This edition brings together several artistic forms: piano recitals performed by young international talents (Théotime Gillot, Joanna Szczepaniak), a baroque program centered around the harpsichord with Clémentine Huet-Ulmer as part of the Young Talents initiative, a vocal concert by the men's choir directed by Irina Nikonovich with the Atelier Lyrique, the Ensemble Opus 29 (string quartet and bassoon), and a theatrical creation — “Je suis à vous” — by the Compagnie De Scènes et de Feu.
A Jewel Box for the Performing Arts
La Templerie, a historic residence located in the heart of La Flèche, and its park planted with century-old trees offer an exceptional setting for human-scale shows. Performances are held outdoors, under a marquee in case of rain, with light refreshments during the intermission.

La Templerie en Scènes: live art in a green setting
La Templerie en Scènes is a performing arts festival created in 2025 in La Flèche. It was born from the meeting between Nathalie Polomack, owner of La Templerie—an elegant historic residence surrounded by a wooded park—and Thibault Guillocher, actor and director. Together, they imagined a festival where music, singing, and theater respond freely in an intimate and poetic setting.
Five shows in three days
The festival unfolds over a long weekend in June, with five performances that take over the indoor and outdoor spaces of La Templerie:
- Classical piano recitals: talented pianists perform major works from the repertoire—Satie, Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin, Liszt, Tchaikovsky—in the warm acoustics of the residence
- Theater: invited companies present repertoire plays and new creations, staged to take advantage of the park's natural setting
- Vocal performances: singers perform arias by Mozart, Rimsky-Korsakov, Poulenc, Offenbach, and Gavriline, accompanied on the piano
An exceptional venue
La Templerie is a historic residence located in the heart of La Flèche, on rue de la Tour d'Auvergne. Its green park, planted with century-old trees, offers an ideal natural setting for open-air performances. The architecture of the building and the intimacy of the salons are perfectly suited for recitals and close-up theatrical forms.
A human-sized festival
La Templerie en Scènes is distinguished by its intimate format. The number of seats is deliberately limited to ensure proximity between artists and the public, optimal listening quality, and a warm atmosphere. The festival is aimed at lovers of classical music, theater, and performing arts seeking authentic and exotic artistic experiences.
La Flèche: a city of heritage and culture
Located in the heart of Sarthe, La Flèche is a city rich in architectural heritage—the Prytanée national militaire, the Château des Carmes—and a vibrant cultural life. La Templerie en Scènes enriches La Flèche's cultural offerings and contributes to the artistic influence of the Loir valley.
