Le Banquet Corrézien

An act of solidarity and conviviality

Le Banquet Corrézien is co-organized by the Departmental Council and the Chamber of Agriculture of Corrèze. This event was created to express solidarity with local farmers and celebrate the territory's pride in those who feed us through their excellent work and quality products.

A 100% Corrèze menu

The menu is prepared by the college chefs with the support of local chefs and volunteer restaurateurs. It is composed of 100% local products supplied by farmers and producers of the territory, highlighting the gastronomic richness of Corrèze.

Festive and traditional atmosphere

The Banquet takes place under the Halle Georges Brassens and the covered market of Brive, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. The meal is accompanied by traditional table songs and music, in the spirit of popular banquets of yesteryear.
