The eclectic musical meeting of the Vendée bocage
Since 2009, the Les Arts s'en Mêlent festival has brought together over 3,500 festival-goers each spring at the Parc de la Godelinière in Les Landes-Genusson, Vendée. Driven by the Art'Zimut association and over 350 volunteers, this human-sized festival offers a bold program mixing reggae, hip-hop, electro, pop, and French chanson over two evenings. In a friendly and family atmosphere, established artists and emerging talents share the open-air stage for a moment of celebration and sharing.
Born in 2009 from the passion of a handful of volunteers united within the Art'Zimut association, the Les Arts s'en Mêlent festival has established itself as a must-attend event on the Vendée music scene. Every year in May, the Parc de la Godelinière in Les Landes-Genusson transforms into an open-air celebration space, welcoming over 3,500 people per evening over two days of concerts.
The festival's strength lies in its ability to blend genres and musical universes. From reggae to hip-hop, from electro to pop, including French chanson and rock, each edition curates a lineup that surprises and unites. Over the years, the ASM stage has hosted renowned artists: Eddy de Pretto, Yannick Noah, Martin Solveig, Danakil, Dub Inc, Skip The Use, Matmatah, Mass Hysteria, Petit Biscuit, and Caballero & JeanJass.
Entirely organized by volunteers, the Les Arts s'en Mêlent festival embodies the spirit of association and solidarity. The Art'Zimut association mobilizes 7 board members, about forty active members committed year-round, and over 350 volunteers on the day. This collective energy is felt in the warm welcome extended to festival-goers and the unique atmosphere that prevails on site.
