The first electronic music festival in the historic heart of Vannes
Created in 2025 by the eponymous association (formerly Floorfillers), Les Remparts Électroniques is the first electronic music festival organized in the historic heart of Vannes. The event takes over the Jardins de l'Hôtel de Limur, a green space located in the city center, for a day of music and conviviality.
The festival draws its identity from the meeting between contemporary electronic cultures and the architectural heritage of Vannes. The Jardins de l'Hôtel de Limur, with their green theater and intimate atmosphere, offer a unique setting for an electronic music event. Surrounded by the city's medieval ramparts, the open-air dancefloor provides a singular sensory experience.
The festival focuses on acoustic excellence with a Funktion One sound system, a world reference in sound reinforcement for electronic music. This technical requirement guarantees festival-goers total sound immersion, while respecting hearing protection standards.
The programming highlights artists from the local and national electronic scene, with an outdoor stage hosting six or more artists per edition. The event also offers bars and food trucks, brand stands, and hearing protection activities. The atmosphere is festive, inclusive, and respectful, in a spirit of shared musical discovery.
Les Remparts Électroniques positions itself as a responsible event, attentive to hearing risk prevention and public awareness. Prevention stands and distribution of earplugs are present on the festival site.
The 2nd edition of Les Remparts Électroniques will take place on Saturday, July 4, 2026, from 2 PM to 11 PM, in the Jardins de l'Hôtel de Limur, in the heart of Vannes' historic center. The festival offers a day of open-air electronic music, featuring local artists, with a Funktion One sound system, food trucks, and bars on site. The detailed program will be announced soon.
