Les Tardives 2026 in Lannion
For its 2026 edition, the Les Tardives festival takes over Lannion's public space on four summer Fridays: July 10 and 24, then August 7 and 21. Organized by the City of Lannion, the event is free and primarily takes place on the quai d'Aiguillon.
Each evening follows the usual format: family entertainment and an introduction to Breton dances from 5:30 PM, followed by street art shows, wandering brass bands, fest-noz, and concerts from late afternoon. Food (world flavors) is available on site.
The detailed program for each evening (artists and precise times) is communicated by the City of Lannion as summer approaches on the official website and the town hall's social networks.

A popular and free festival since 1996
Created in 1996, the Les Tardives festival is a summer cultural event organized by the City of Lannion. For nearly thirty years, it has accompanied the summer evenings of Lannion residents and visitors by offering four evenings of open-air performances, entirely free.
A multidisciplinary program
The signature of Les Tardives lies in the diversity of its programming. Each evening is structured in three parts: an opening with street arts featuring street theater companies, circus, or wandering fanfares, a fest-noz with traditional Breton music groups, and a concert of contemporary music (rock, world music, chanson, electro). This mix of genres makes Les Tardives a unique festival that appeals to a wide, intergenerational audience.
From Quai d'Aiguillon to the banks of the Léguer
Initially located on Place du Général Leclerc, the festival moved in 2014 to Quai d'Aiguillon, closer to the Léguer river and Espace Sainte-Anne, a cultural hub of the City. This new setting offers a remarkable natural backdrop for open-air performances, between the river and Lannion's architectural heritage. The evenings run from 7:30 PM to midnight, in a relaxed and festive atmosphere.
Rooted in Breton culture
The fest-noz holds a central place in the Les Tardives program, affirming the festival's connection to living Breton culture. Renowned groups from the Breton traditional scene perform each year alongside contemporary artists, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity that defines the event's identity.
