Free Concerts from the Kiosk to Arpino Garden on June 21, 2026
Every June 21st, Villeneuve-le-Roi celebrates the Fête de la Musique (Music Festival): from the kiosk in Place Amédée-Soupault to the Cultural Center and Arpino Garden, the day features a series of concerts, exhibitions, and activities. Organized by the City of Villeneuve-le-Roi, the festival is entirely free and blends various styles, from swing to contemporary music and even variety shows in the evening.
As everywhere in France since 1982, the Fête de la Musique transforms Villeneuve-le-Roi into an open-air stage every June 21st. In this commune of Val-de-Marne, the City offers a free program that takes place throughout the day, from morning until late evening, for all audiences.
The celebration begins in the morning around the kiosk in Place Amédée-Soupault, continues in the afternoon at the Cultural Center, and then extends into the evening at Arpino Garden. Concerts, plastic arts exhibitions, musical storytelling, and a variety orchestra punctuate this musical and friendly day, highlighted by an aperitif offered by the municipality and the presence of food trucks in the evening.
The Fête de la Musique 2026 in Villeneuve-le-Roi will be held on Sunday, June 21st, free of charge, from morning until 11 PM. The City offers a full day: swing at the bandstand, a musical tale and contemporary music at the Cultural Center, then a variety orchestra at the Arpino garden.
