About Oursinade de Carnon
The Carnon Oursinade is an annual gastronomic event organized every winter at Bar Le Daïquiri, on the marina of Carnon-Plage, in Hérault (Occitanie). For one Sunday in March, the bar celebrates the return of sea urchins from the lagoon and the Mediterranean with a friendly tasting from noon, accompanied by oysters, tapas, and musical entertainment.

Carnon-Plage is accessible by road from Montpellier (approximately 20 minutes). Bar Le Daïquiri is located on the marina. Parking available near the port.

Tasting from 12 PM on the day of the Oursinade. Bar open the rest of the year with daily happy hour from 6:30 PM to 9 PM.
