The Carnon Oursinade is an annual gastronomic event organized every winter at Bar Le Daïquiri, on the marina of Carnon-Plage, in Hérault (Occitanie). For one Sunday in March, the bar celebrates the return of sea urchins from the lagoon and the Mediterranean with a friendly tasting from noon, accompanied by oysters, tapas, and musical entertainment.

Every year, on a Sunday in March, Bar Le Daïquiri organizes a sea urchin festival open to all on the marina of Carnon-Plage, marking the sea urchin season in the region. The event takes place from noon, for a gourmet lunch by the water.

The Oursinade is part of the tradition of sea urchin festivals on the Mediterranean coast, such as those found in Palavas-les-Flots, Sète, or on the Côte Bleue.
