The Reconnexion Festival: Live Music at the Heart of the Saint-Tropez Peninsula
Since its creation in 2021, the Reconnexion Festival has established itself as a key event on the Var music scene. Every summer, it takes over the commune of Ramatuelle, a village perched on the heights of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, to offer several evenings of concerts combining artistic excellence and popular accessibility. Its deliberately diverse program — rock, pop, chanson, indie — reflects the vitality of contemporary French music and its ability to reach very diverse audiences.
A festival rooted in its territory
Organized by the Autre Scène association in collaboration with the Ramatuelle Tourist and Cultural Office, the Reconnexion Festival annually highlights an emerging generation of artists, authors, composers, and performers from the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and beyond. This local approach is reflected in the very spirit of the festival: to create a "reconnexion" between artists and the public, between the national scene and local territories, between musical genres and generations.
Ramatuelle, an authentic village on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, offers an ideal outdoor setting for summer evenings. Concerts take place at the Théâtre de Verdure and, on some evenings, on l'Escalet beach, amidst umbrella pines, vineyards, and Mediterranean light.
A program focused on emerging artists
The Reconnexion Festival stands out for its strong commitment to showcasing emerging artists from the French scene. Each edition welcomes names that will be found on the biggest national stages in the years to come, alongside more established artists. Recent editions have notably hosted artists such as Papooz, Requin Chagrin, and François and the Atlas Mountains.
An accessible event
The Reconnexion Festival has opted for accessible pricing: free entry for open-air concerts on l'Escalet beach, full price tickets at 20 euros for evenings at the Théâtre de Verdure, reduced rates for 18-26 year olds and priority audiences, and free entry for under 18s. This inclusive pricing policy allows all audiences to enjoy the program, from families to young festival-goers and music lovers passing through the region.

The 6th edition of the Reconnexion Festival takes place from July 13 to 17, 2026 in Ramatuelle. On the program: a free open-air concert on Escalet beach, followed by two evenings at the Théâtre de Verdure bringing together emerging and established artists from the French scene (Chéri Chéri, Papooz, Requin Chagrin, François and the Atlas Mountains).

The sixth edition of the Reconnexion Festival takes place from Monday, July 13 to Friday, July 17, 2026 in Ramatuelle, in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Organized by the Autre Scène association in collaboration with the Ramatuelle Tourist and Cultural Office, this edition once again highlights an emerging generation of artists from the region and beyond.
The festival opens with a free open-air concert on Escalet beach, before two paid evenings at the Théâtre de Verdure. The program features a dialogue between rock, pop, and chanson, in the eclectic and accessible spirit that has characterized Reconnexion since its creation in 2021.
Pricing remains accessible: free access for the evening at Escalet, full price at 20 € at the Théâtre de Verdure, reduced rates for 18-26 year olds and priority audiences, free for under 18s.

Concerts are held at the Théâtre de Verdure (La Rocade, 83350 Ramatuelle) and, for free-access evenings, on l'Escalet beach.
Access
By car: Ramatuelle is accessible from Saint-Tropez (approx. 10 km) via the D93. From the A8 motorway, take exit Le Muy or Sainte-Maxime, then follow signs towards Saint-Tropez and Ramatuelle. Expect traffic slowdowns during the summer season on the peninsula.
Parking
Due to the high summer attendance on the Saint-Tropez peninsula, it is advisable to arrive early. For the concert on l'Escalet beach, parking is limited near the site.
Ticketing
Prices (Théâtre de Verdure): full price 20 €, 18-26 years old 15 €, students / job seekers / social welfare recipients 10 €, free for under 18s. The concert on l'Escalet beach is free and open access.

Accommodation
Ramatuelle and its surroundings offer numerous accommodation options: campsites, hotels, seasonal rentals. Booking several months in advance is essential during the high summer season in the Saint-Tropez area.

- Bring a jacket for the evenings, as it can get chilly even in July.
- Book your tickets in advance for evenings at the Théâtre de Verdure.
