The vintage and rock festival in the park of the Château de Tilloloy
Created in the mid-2010s, the Retro C Trop festival quickly established itself as one of the most original musical events in the Hauts-de-France region. Set in the majestic grounds of the Château de Tilloloy, in the heart of the Picardy countryside, it offers a total immersion into the world of the 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. Each edition brings together legendary artists from the international rock and pop scene, reformed cult bands, and musical discoveries, across several stages spread throughout the castle's vast wooded park.
The Retro C Trop festival has successfully attracted legendary artists who thrill fans of rock and retro music. Over the editions, prestigious names have graced the stages of the Château de Tilloloy. The 2026 edition, celebrating the festival's 10th anniversary, announces an exceptional lineup with The B-52's, Europe, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Squeeze, Roland Gift (Fine Young Cannibals), Matmatah, Ghinzu, Razorlight, New Model Army, Ultra Vomit, and many other iconic artists. In addition to the festival weekend, Lenny Kravitz will give a special concert on site on July 5, 2026 (separate ticketing).
Retro C Trop stands out for its immersive atmosphere that goes far beyond the concerts. The festival offers a true vintage village with vendors of retro clothing and objects, classic car exhibitions, thematic entertainment, creative workshops, and rock'n'roll-inspired catering. Festival-goers are invited to come in costume, creating a unique atmosphere where the past comes alive. The Heroes stage also provides a springboard for emerging artists, perpetuating the spirit of discovery that drives the festival.
The Château de Tilloloy and its park offer a sumptuous setting for the festival. Located between Roye and Montdidier, accessible from the A1 motorway, this 18th-century estate, partially destroyed during the First World War and then restored, combines historical heritage with vast green spaces. The stages blend harmoniously into the park, offering festival-goers an experience where music, nature, and history come together. The festival thus contributes to the tourist and cultural influence of this rural territory in the Somme.
For its 10th anniversary, the Retro C Trop festival returns from June 26 to 28, 2026 in the park of Tilloloy castle (Somme), with an exceptional rock and pop lineup: The B-52's, Europe, Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, Squeeze, Roland Gift (Fine Young Cannibals), Matmatah, Ghinzu, Razorlight, New Model Army, Ultra Vomit and many others. As a bonus, Lenny Kravitz will give a special concert at the same site on July 5, 2026.
