About Rock in Creuse
Rock in Creuse is a unique festival organized by the association P'Art tout à la fois in Ajain, in Creuse. The event brings together 200 amateur and professional musicians for two giant concerts: a symphonic concert and a rock concert. Born from the initiative of Nicolas Cady, drum teacher and president of the association, this participatory festival transforms Ajain into the capital of Creusois rock for a weekend.

A unique concept: 200 musicians on stage
Rock in Creuse is an extraordinary participatory festival that brings together 200 musicians—amateurs and professionals alike—for two giant concerts. Organized by the association P'Art tout à la fois and led by Nicolas Cady, a passionate drum teacher, the festival offers a collective musical experience where everyone can get on stage and participate in the magic of rock.
Two concerts, two atmospheres
On Friday evening, RIC Symphonique brings together a hundred musicians with various instruments—guitars, basses, drums, vocals, violins, cellos, saxophones, trumpets, and trombones—to perform rock covers arranged in a symphonic version. On Saturday evening, RIC Rock offers a more energetic performance with a band of one hundred musicians, mainly guitarists, bassists, drummers, and singers, for an electric and unifying show.
A festive and friendly village
The Rock in Creuse Village opens in the afternoon with food trucks, drink stands, and artisans. On Friday, a school rock concert and an open stage liven up the early evening. On Saturday, festivities begin in the morning with concerts, an Air Guitar competition, and numerous activities for the whole family.

The third edition of Rock in Creuse will take place on July 3 and 4, 2026 in Ajain. The festival will once again bring together hundreds of musicians, amateurs and professionals, for two giant concerts: RIC Symphonique on Friday and RIC Rock on Saturday. The festive village will offer food trucks, entertainment, an Air Guitar competition, and an open stage.
